Let's make Greece work for you.

Town government is here to provide the services and support you deserve. I'm running to be your 2nd Ward Councilman to renew that commitment. Join me in making Greece a more beautiful and vibrant place for all of us.

About me

Raised in the Town of Greece, I chose to settle here and raise my own family because of its strong sense of community and quality of life. Growing up in my family's restaurant, Bernard's Grove, I gained invaluable experience in small business operations and customer service.

My work in construction and real estate, especially renovating houses, gave me in-depth understanding of town building codes and the importance of quality work.

For the past six years, I've proudly served as the Chief of Staff for the Town of Pittsford, where I've sharpened my skills in town government operations, constituent services, and budgeting.

As part of the new generation of leadership, I am committed to bringing my skills and experience to make Greece a place we can all be proud to call home. It's time to move beyond past challenges and negative headlines. Greece deserves fresh leadership that prioritizes transparency, public safety, fiscal responsibility, and the well-being of our community.

My Professional Experience

My diverse background has equipped me with the skills needed to serve our community effectively.

Town Government

Six years of experience as Chief of Staff for the Town of Pittsford, developing expertise in municipal operations, constituent services, and budgeting.

Construction & Real Estate

Hands-on experience renovating houses for resale, providing in-depth knowledge of building codes and quality standards essential for town development.

Small Business

Grew up in my family's restaurant, Bernard's Grove, gaining firsthand experience in small business operations and customer service that informs my commitment to supporting local businesses.

2nd Ward

The Town of Greece is divided into four Wards, with Greece being one of the few towns in the state that uses this structure for local elections. This setup ensures more localized representation on the town board.

Our Ward stands out as not only centrally located but also as the beating heart of Greece. It's home to six public schools, the Greece Ridge Mall, hundreds of small businesses, the town library, our community center, the skating rink, and both the splash and skate parks.

The Ward features diverse neighborhoods—old and new, with single-family homes, apartments, and multi-unit buildings—offering something for everyone.

As a strong voice for our Ward, I am committed to ensuring that the needs and interests of our residents are heard and addressed. This makes us special, truly representative of the entire town, and gives us valuable insight into what's best for our residents—and the responsibility to pursue it.

My Plan

Here's how we'll build a better Greece for all citizens.

Constituent Service

I will reopen Town Government to the people by holding monthly meetings with constituents to listen to their concerns, whether related to their neighborhoods, businesses, or general issues. Serving the people is my priority, and I am committed to making their voices heard.

Transparency and Improved Communication

I will advocate for live-streaming Town Board meetings and propose new and more effective ways to communicate with residents. When someone reaches out to Town Hall with an issue, it must be addressed promptly. Residents need to feel confident in the decisions being made by their Town government, and they deserve to be well-informed every step of the way.

Fiscal Responsibility

It is our duty to be responsible stewards of your hard-earned tax dollars. I support a complete, independent forensic audit of the Town's finances so that the people of Greece can fully understand our financial standing. We must cut unnecessary government spending. Once we've restored financial health, I will propose a tax cut for the residents of Greece.

Public Safety

We must fully support the dedicated men and women of our Greece Police Department. With current understaffing and rising crime, especially around the mall, businesses, and residential areas, we need to hire more officers. I also support hiring additional school crossing guards to ensure the safety of our students. These necessary hires can be made without placing additional burdens on taxpayers.

Infrastructure

In recent years the Town has spent significant resources on Town buildings. It's time to refocus on basics: repaving our roads, improving our sewers, culverts, and retention ponds and upgrading parks, trails and sidewalks.

Support for Small Business

Small businesses are the lifeblood of Greece. The Town should rescind unnecessary regulations, improve public safety and actively promote our local businesses in order to help them succeed and grow.

Responsible Development

It makes so much sense to repurpose existing empty buildings. The alternative is to let them decay, while new construction paves over the limited undeveloped land Greece has left. My goal is to make re-use of buildings easier and more profitable. Focusing on that allows us to preserve Greece's unique character while accommodating growth.

Protect Remaining Open Space

I am committed to preserving our remaining open spaces for future generations, ensuring that we maintain the beauty and environmental integrity that make Greece special.

Aging in Place

Supporting seniors to age in place by creating policies that enhance community infrastructure, such as ensuring accessible public spaces and fostering social engagement programs. These initiatives help older adults maintain their independence, stay connected to their communities, and continue to live in their own homes with dignity and support.
